How do I order?
- ON LINE - Using our on line shopping cart and checkout system.
- EMAIL - Email your order to sales@moowoohandmadecardsandgifts.com.au and an invoice will be sent to you with payment details.
- PHONE - Place you order over the phone on (08)91691412.

How do I pay?
Payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, bank deposit, cheque, money order or cash on delivery (for local orders only).
Visa & MasterCard
Details may be entered online through our totally secure server.
Alternatively you may provide details by email or phone - 08 91691412.
Please note credit card payments are processed manually through a Commonwealth Bank Australia Facility. You will be contacted where payments are declined.
Paypal
A safe, easy and quick method of payment (using your paypal account).
Process your order through the Paypal link at the checkout.
Bank Deposit, Cheque, Money Order
To do this you follow the clear steps listed at the checkout.
1. Select the 'Email Order' option - For this option you are required to email the order through to us.
Once we receive your order via email we will return an email with bank account details for payment.
2. Copy and Paste the 'Email Order Form' into a new email.
3. Ignore the 'CREDIT CARD INFO' request on this page if paying by other methods.
4. Send the email to sales@moowoohandmadecardsandgifts.com.au
Money Order made payable to Kellie Jackson and sent to the postal address: PO Box 266, Kununurra, WA, 6743.
Cash on Delivery:
This option is for local orders only. Please email or phone through your order.
After receiving your email we will contact you for payment and delivery details.
Orders will be dispatched within 2 days of clearance or receipt of payment.
We request that payment is made within 3 days of order being placed. Where payment has not been made you will be contacted via email or phone with a reminder. Failure to pay after this reminder will result in the order being canceled.
Orders are shipped through Australia Post.
Customers have the option of selecting Regular or Express postage for all regular sized orders
(under 3kg).
Shipping is charged at a standard rate. This rate includes postage and packing materials.

What are the shipping options?
Regular Postage: Australian Customers
Please note that it may take up to 10 working days for your package to be delivered by regular post,
as we are sending from Northern WA.
Cards order only - $1.50
All other orders - $5.50
Express Post: Australian Customers
If you would like your parcel sooner we’d recommend the Express Postage option at the checkout. Please note Express Post may still take up to 3 working days.
Cards order only - $4.50
All other orders - $7.50
Postage of Large Items/ Large Orders:
For larger items, such as Splosh and Kelly Lane Block Mounts/ Canvases, and for large orders (over 3kg) we offer a $16.00 postage and packaging rate, which you can select at the checkout. Where the order fits in a 5kg Express Postage Bag, the order will be shipped Express. All other large orders will be sent regular mail and may take up to 10 days to be delivered. Please feel free to contact us if unsure about the size of your potential order.
SHIPPING POLICY:
We do not take responsibility for postage time once the item has been dispatched, however we will try to track items where possible.
We will aim to package and ship all orders within 48 hours of payment being cleared. If for some reason this is not possible you shall be contacted immediately .
International Orders
All prices on this site are in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS.
We are happy to deliver items overseas. Please contact us via email with the items you wish to purchase and the delivery address and we will provide a postage quote for you. Once you are happy with the quote, the order can be processed.
Guarantee, Returns and Refund Policy
We pride ourselves on quality products, and all handmade goods are carefully checked prior to sale. However, in the event that your purchase, on arrival, is damaged or faulty (due to product fault or poor packaging) we will refund or exchange the item.
The return must occur within 14 days of the original purchase date.
The item must be returned UNUSED and with original packaging. Please post to Kellie Jackson, PO Box 266, Kununurra, WA, 6743.
Please include your receipt, method of payment , contact details and reason for the return. Also advise if you would prefer refund or exchange.
Customers must pay for the return of good. Where an exchange is occurring, we will pay to post the exchange items back to you.
Please note, Moo Woo Handmade Cards and Gifts do not exchange or refund due to 'change of mind'.
Do you do custom orders?
We will endeavour to help with your request where products are handmade. Please email or phone us and we will consider!
Out of stock items?
Due to our location there may be time when stocking of items may be delayed. Please feel free to email or phone to check availability and expected restock date. I am happy to take orders on out of stock items. Payment will not be required until items are in stock. Once in stock the customer will be notified and will have 4 days to make the purchase. Failure to do so will result in the order being canceled.
